Проблема
# tail /var/log/ambari-agent/ambari-agent.log

Решение
В раздел [security] файла /etc/ambari-agent/conf/ambari-agent.ini добавить типа так:
[security]
force_https_protocol=PROTOCOL_TLSv1_2
